International Cyber Network (ICN) was created in response to this challenge.
ICN was founded as a civilian, international initiative dedicated to promoting factual understanding, digital literacy, and responsible engagement with information in online spaces. Rather than reacting to misinformation with confrontation, ICN focuses on education, context, and critical thinking as long-term solutions.
Why ICN Exists
