About ICN
International Cyber Network
International Cyber Network (ICN) is a civilian, international initiative focused on digital literacy, factual understanding, and responsible engagement in the information space.
In an era where information spreads faster than verification, societies worldwide face growing challenges from misinformation, lack of context, declining critical thinking, and uncritical digital consumption. ICN exists to address these challenges through education, awareness, and ethical knowledge-sharing, not authority or enforcement.
Our Role
ICN operates as a civilian knowledge network.
Our role is to:
Promote fact-based information
Encourage critical thinking and media literacy
Provide historical and contextual understanding of global events
Help individuals recognize misleading, manipulated, or false narratives
Support responsible and calm digital behavior
We believe that an informed society is more resilient than a reactive one.

ICN is international and inclusive.
Information challenges do not respect borders. ICN reflects this reality by fostering cross-cultural understanding and global awareness.
We bring together:
Students and educators
Researchers and academics
Youth and young professionals
Members of the global public interested in information literacy
